Good knowledgeable guys, not the biggest store, but pretty well stocked. Had no issues changing trousers for the right size. If you want something and it's not in sick they are happy to order it in for you. Got it next day as well.
I suppose it was more my fault than theirs but i thought they still had the 28 days returns policy,That is one of the reasons i purchased this putter as i could only try it in the shop . After 2 games i realised that it wasn't for me but was disappointed i couldn't exchange it. I had used this system on a few occasions so was a bit angry that i was not aware.

I had booked a putter fitting. The store was ready for me when I arrived. I wanted a highend putter and the store met my expectations, allowed me to try the options and the time to make a considered choice. Very happy with the experience.
Fitting process was ok. Was looking to upgrade my 10 year old+ driver. Since I haven't tried anything in last 10 years "Not enough time to try everything". I understand it's a free service but not much feedback per drive. Would beneficial per head to formulate distance, spin, offline, flight etc. Programs tally that for you so l3t the person know. But I guess if I wanted to know this I should've asked.Nice fitter but process is not ideal. Should've gone back to old driver and compare. However the GBB Epic Sub Zero I went with is known as a good driver so wasn't overly disappointed.
